This is a dataset created specifically for political contexts. It shows how messages can be phrased with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) – using observations instead of accusations, and putting feelings and needs at the centre – so that debates, articles, statements and conversations become more respectful without losing their edge. (The dataset is in Swedish.)

How to use it:
- Download the PDF above.
- Add it as knowledge/training material in your AI assistant (e.g. a custom GPT, assistant or chatbot), or paste relevant parts into the assistant’s instructions.
- Ask the assistant to rewrite or review your statements, op-eds and articles using NVC.
